Mrs S has early-stage Alzheimer’s and takes medication three times a day. Her daughter Mrs P is an aid worker so is often travelling for work.

Mrs S started forgetting to take medication and then also started forgetting to hydrate. This lead to a steep decline in health and wellbeing. They had tried various apps and pillboxes but Mrs S had not responded well to these.

The service was set up Hospital discharge staff. CareCalls recorded personalised messages with timings and instructions for Mrs S and the service was later updated to include regular hydration prompts.
