How do I change the details of an existing service?

You can make changes to any aspect of your service including the times, messages and contact details. Click ‘update existing service’ at the bottom of this article and follow the on-screen instructions to go to the online dashboard. From here you will see options to update any of the existing service details.

How do I stop or pause the service?

CareCalls is able to accommodate all of the following:

  • If the call receiver is away for a known period of time, we are able to set the calls to pause between two dates and or/times.
  • If the call receiver is away for an unknown period of time we are able to set calls to be paused indefinitely.
  • If a call receiver no longer desires the calls we can stop them altogether, along with any payments.

You can make changes to any aspect of your service including the times, messages and contact details. Click ‘Update a CareCall’ at the top of this page and follow the on-screen instructions to go to the online dashboard. From click ‘Call details’ to add a pause or stop instruction.
